Shipping & Delivery

1. How long does it take to deliver an order?
We usually dispatch all orders within 48 business hours.
Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro & Tier 1 Cities: 3–4 working days

  • Tier 2, Tier 3 & Rural Areas: 5–7 working days

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days depending on the destination

Note: If customization or alterations are requested, delivery may be delayed by 1–2 additional days.


Order Issues

2. What if my package is tampered or opened?
Do not accept the delivery if the parcel appears tampered. Immediately contact us at:

3. I received a damaged or wrong product. What should I do?
Reach out to our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Please ensure:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • You send us clear images of the damaged or incorrect item

4. I’m missing an item in my order.
Contact us as soon as possible after receiving your delivery. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

5. Will my multi-item order be delivered together?
If items are shipped from different locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

6. Why was my order cancelled?
We rarely cancel orders. If it happens, it could be due to stock availability or unforeseen issues. You will be notified via call or email.


Product Information

7. Are the product colours shown on the website accurate?
We do our best to capture true colours, but variations may occur due to different screen settings or lighting.

8. What’s the difference between unstitched, semi-stitched & readymade?

  • Unstitched: Fabric only. Requires full tailoring.

  • Semi-Stitched: Partially stitched. Requires final fitting.

  • Readymade: Fully stitched and ready to wear based on standard sizes (S, M, L, XL, etc.).

9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. You can place international orders directly on our website or contact us for assistance.


Order Cancellation & Refunds

10. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. To cancel, contact our support team as soon as possible. Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.

11. How long does a refund take after cancellation?

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 2–5 business days to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT) within 5–7 business days after receiving your account details.


Returns & Exchanges

At Nand Lal Sarees, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Here’s everything you need to know about our return policy:


1. What is your return & exchange policy?

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unused & unwashed

  • In original packaging with tags intact

  • Returned with a valid reason via support team


2. How many times can I exchange a product?

We offer a one-time exchange per order.


3. Will you arrange a pickup for my return?

Yes, if your location is serviceable by our courier partners. If not, you can self-ship the item. We will reimburse the shipping cost once the item passes quality check.

Ensure products are packed securely and unused when sending them.

4. How long does the return & refund process take?

  • Once we receive the returned item, our QC team will inspect it.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 48 business hours.

  • For prepaid orders: Refund reflects in 2–3 business days.

  • For COD orders: Refund is done via bank transfer (NEFT) in 5–7 business days.

If QC fails, the refund will not be processed and the item will be returned to you.


5. Can I return a product from a bundle/offer order?

Yes, but keep in mind:

  • If part of a Buy 2 Get 1 Free or similar offer is returned, the value of remaining items will be adjusted accordingly.

  • The refund will reflect the recalculated amount after the offer adjustment.
